As a Business Administrator, you can control whether 2FA is mandatory (enabled) for all accounts associated with your business – once set, login won't be possible for associated accounts until they enter a mobile number and complete the verification code process successfully:

How to make 2FA mandatory for your business

  1. Navigate to the ‘Business Settings’ page from the sidebar.

  2. Select the ‘Security’ tab and then click the 2FA toggle. It will then change to ‘Enabled’ for your business.

When 2FA is set as mandatory (enabled) for your business, any associated accounts will be unable to disable 2FA for their individual accounts unless 2FA is 'disabled' for your business.

If 2FA is enabled for your business, any existing accounts associated with your business will be prompted to provide a mobile number the next time they log in and any new additional accounts you invite will also receive this prompt.

Note: If you disable 2FA for your business, any associated accounts with 2FA will remain enabled until changed by the individual user themself.
