Instructions for providing at trust attestation to Tyro Health

Instructions

To meet Tyro’s regulatory and compliance obligations (including AML/CTF requirements), we are required to collect and verify trust information, including reviewing the trust deed.

This attestation may be used where:

  • The accountant or lawyer has sighted an original or certified copy of the trust deed (including any variations), and

  • A copy of the trust deed is unavailable or cannot be readily provided

This attestation may be provided to Tyro via the accountant/lawyer’s professional email address or forwarded from the customer directly to Tyro.
