When you complete a Medicare claim, you will be able to view the "Status" of the payment in your "Invoices" tab.

Here you will be able to see your invoice, and their status.

Bulk billed claims
"Submitted" - This means your claim was successfully submitted to Medicare.
"Accepted" - This status means Medicare are currently processing your claim.
"Payment made" - Medicare have approved your claim, and payment will be made.

Note: If your bulk bill claim has been displaying as "Pending" state for over 48 hours, it's best to call Medicare's eBusiness line on 1800 700 199 and quote your Medicare reference number.
If you have any issues about a pending bulk billed claim, you can always contact support via the pink speech bubble in your Tyro Health Online portal.

Patient claims
For patient claims, you will be able to see if a patient has successfully paid for their appointment under "Patient funded payment".

You will also be able to see the status of the patient's Medicare benefit claim next to "Medicare claim".

If there are any issues with the patient's claim, the details will be listed here.
A patient can contact Medicare directly on 132 011, and quote the Medicare reference number.

Next up: Reconciliation and reports.
