Unfortunately, Services Australia does not support electronic self-cancellation of Medicare bulk bill or Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) claims once submitted. Therefore, you will need to contact Medicare/DVA to cancel or adjust submitted claims.
Please note that Medicare patient claims can be self-cancelled the same day they are raised via the Tyro Health Online portal. Some integrated practice management systems may also offer this function.

To cancel a Medicare bulk bill claim or enquire on status, please contact the eBusiness team on 1800 700 199 or email ebusiness@servicesaustralia.gov.au
To cancel a DVA claim or enquire on status, please call DVA provider help on 1300 550 017
In most cases, you will need to provide them with the following information:
Your Location ID/Minor ID (This can be found in the "Locations" tab for the location that the bulk bill was raised for)
Servicing provider number for the claim
Location address
Medicare / DVA Transaction ID
Date of service
