Here's how to reach our team, any time you need support

Our Help Centre is extensive, but sometimes it's best to just cut to the chase and talk to a human being.

Tyro Health Online Support (for claiming, invoicing & portal help)

  • Live Chat: Click the pink speech bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen.

    • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (AEST), excluding National Public Holidays

    • You'll first meet Fin, our AI Agent who will try to answer your questions, but you can request to speak directly with one of our team (within minutes if we're online).

    • If we're offline, you'll get a reply by email when we're back.

  • What we help with: Tyro Health Online portal, submitting claims, reconciling invoices, and account-related questions.

Tyro Health EFTPOS Support (for terminals, transactions & payments)

  • Phone Support: Call 1300 01 TYRO (1300 01 8976)

    • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (AEST), excluding National Public Holidays

      • 24/7 Emergency Support

  • What they help with: Tyro EFTPOS terminals, settlement queries, transaction issues, hardware troubleshooting & PMS Integration
