When our fees are charged
Tyro Health Online fees are charged for transactions that occurred (i.e. were approved or completed) in the month prior, i.e. charged in arrears on the first business day of the following calendar month. Your business' monthly bill (Tax Invoice) is available to download from Tyro Health Online on the first calendar day of a month (for the preceding calendar month, i.e. the "billing period").
Tyro Health Online bills are issued and charged to a business and these cannot be separately generated and sent by location or provider. Find out more about: setting up Tyro Health Online for multiple providers, and allocating fees.
Receiving billing notifications
An email notification is sent each month when a new bill becomes available to download from Tyro Health Online. These will be sent to the admin(s) by default unless overridden by editing the billing contacts
How to change the recipient of bill notifications
To override which email address(es) receive notifications:
Navigate to the "business settings" page using the sidebar (see below).
Select the "billing" tab, then scroll down to "billing contacts".
Click the "edit billing contacts" button, then add the recipients of future billing email notifications.
For admins to receive emails in addition to overrides, the admin's email address must also be added as a "billing contact". If excluded, billing notifications will only be emailed to the listed 'billing contacts'. To revert to the default and only send billing email notifications to admins, delete all overrides (billing contacts).

Adding and managing payment details
When setting up paid functionality, you'll be asked to add a credit card which will be used for billing purposes - Visa and Mastercard is accepted - and fees charged for paid functionality will be debited from this credit card, such as Tyro Health Online Paid Claims or Tyro Health Online Payments.
