You can now claim as a business or location when an individual provider number is not applicable. This is common if your business is (or you offer) one of the following:

  • Pharmacy

  • Rehabilitation services

  • Attendant care

  • Domestic support

  • Legal services

Location level claiming needs to be set up before it's available to select when completing a claim. It can be set up when first integrating to an insurer by checking the box ‘claim as a business or location’ when entering provider details.

You can also add a business or location to an already integrated insurer by selecting the ‘Settings’ button on the insurer tile on the ‘Get paid’ tab.

Claiming as a business or location is currently only available with:

  • icare,

  • WorkSafe Victoria,

  • QBE

  • Comcare for Pharmacy, and

  • Integrated partners - via your PMS - for Tyro Health Online Payments.

Once set up, you can claim as a location or business by selecting the location that the service was delivered from in the ‘Provider’ drop-down field on the Invoice. If there are no providers associated with the location, there will be nothing to select in the ‘Provider’ field.
