You can upload a PDF file of an invoice to Tyro Health Online and automatically convert this into a claim ready for validation and submission.
This is particularly useful for providers who generate their invoices outside of Tyro Health Online or if their practice management software isn't integrated.
Log into your Tyro Health Online account
Click the Get Paid tab in the left hand panel
Select the icare tile
Select the icare claiming option
Select the Invoice Upload tab
Drag & drop or click browse to upload a PDF document from your device
Follow the prompts to review your claim before submission.
