We are rebranding to Tyro Health

It's still us, but with a new look.

We’re thrilled to share that Medipass has been rebranded as Tyro Health.

Tyro Health represents both the new business unit at Tyro, bringing together all Tyro customers operating in the health industry to be managed by one team, as well as our single unified claiming and payments solution.

Our heath products includes not only our leading Tyro EFTPOS machines, but also our leading digital claiming and payments solution, Medipass. The core technology that Medipass delivers is critical to this unified experience, and so from today, the Medipass service will be known as Tyro Health Online.

What this means for you

You will notice some visual brand updates on our website, in our portal and within practice management software integrations. However, your experience of using Medipass will otherwise remain exactly the same. We’re still the same team, available through the same contact channels.

Rest assured, your needs and experience with Tyro Health continue to be our top priority.

What does this rebrand mean for my Medipass provider account?

Aside from visually rebranding Medipass to Tyro Health, there will be no immediate change to the way our online portal works. For the time being, you can still access our portal via https://connect.medipass.io but we now also have a new login URL https://tyrohealth.medipass.io.

Where can I find Tyro Health’s Privacy Policy and User Terms?

Just like with Medipass, you can find our current Privacy Policy and User Terms on our website. Simply visit tyrohealth.com, or any of our pages, and navigate the footer area and click the links.

What happens to support?

There is no change to how we manage support, with the Medipass team continuing to support the rebranded Tyro Health Online solution. Continue to reach out to us via chat or email with any questions you may have. Our new email adress is support@tyrohealth.com

Will this affect Medipass pricing for my business?

There are no changes to how we currently charge for Medipass features, or pricing. Any changes to pricing will always be communicated well in advance.

What does this mean for my practice management software integration?

Aside from visually referencing Tyro Health rather than Medipass, there is no change to integration.

I have the old Medipass logo still on my website, where do I find Tyro Health’s new brand guidlines and logo?

Access our brand guidelines and logos here. Please update your website and any other places where you might have our old Medipass logo.
