QBE Insurance integrates with Tyro Health

QBE Insurance integrates to Tyro Health, enabling real-time invoice approvals and fast settlement of funds. This solution enables healthcare providers to raise invoices directly with QBE and have these assessed. Approved payments are settled into the provider’s bank account within 24 hours and this advanced processing functionality increases transparency for providers, reduces their administration and enables them to focus on treating their patients.

Enabled professions and claims

QBE digital invoicing via Tyro Health Online is available to all professions eligible to submit valid (approved) claims to QBE, including medical and allied healthcare providers and non-health professions, such as household help, attendant carers, and legal services.

Payment for approved QBE invoices

Payment for QBE services is facilitated by Tyro Health Online, with funds deposited into your nominated bank account the following business day after the invoice is approved by QBE.

PMS integration

As with all Tyro Health Online functionality, QBE digital invoicing is available to access directly on Tyro Health Online via supported browsers, but isn't yet available via any of our integrated PMS partners.

QBE claiming cost

There's no fee to submit digital invoices to QBE.
