Make 2FA mandatory
To require 2FA for everyone with access to your business:
Sign in to Tyro Health Online.
Navigate to your business settings.
Find the setting to make two-factor authentication (2FA) mandatory.
Follow the prompts to enable the setting.
Once enabled, users with access to your business will be required to set up and use 2FA.
You may be asked to verify your identity before changing this setting.
What happens for other users?
If someone hasn't already set up 2FA, they'll be prompted to set it up when required.
Each person should use their own mobile number for 2FA, as verification codes are sent by SMS to the mobile number registered to their account.
Turn off mandatory 2FA
A Business Administrator can return to the business settings to change whether 2FA is mandatory for other accounts with access to the business.
You may be asked to verify your identity before changing this setting.
Users with Business Administrator access are still required to use 2FA, even if mandatory 2FA is turned off for other users.
