Before you start
What you will need:
Your Tyro Health Pro Key terminal.
A Tyro Health Online account with Business Administrator access.
If you do not have a Tyro Health Online account, please click here to sign up.
How to sign in to the Pro Key
Log in to your Tyro Health Online account with Business Administrator access.
Open the activation page
Visit tyrohealth.com/eftpos-activate, or;
From the side-bar, select Business Settings > Connections
Generate your 6-digit code. This code is valid for 15 minutes.
Enter the verification code and click Verify.
Choose your location:
If you have multiple locations in Tyro Health Online, select the location you'll use for EFTPOS transactions/claims.
If you only have one location, it will be selected by default.
If you can't see your location, a business administrator must add it to your Tyro Health Online account.
Finish: When you see Sign in Complete, select Continue to open the Pro Key home screen.
After you sign in
If your selected location is setup for Private Health claiming, you will see options to swipe a health care card, or enter details manually to start a claim.
You can also process a standalone payment.
