If you have a multi-merchant EFTPOS configuration, you need to ensure all Merchant IDs (MIDs) within your merchant group are added to Tyro Health Online to allow payments to be processed to the appropriate MID.
To add additional MIDs to your EFTPOS machine pairing:
In Tyro Health Online, select the Locations section from the left hand menu bar.
Select the location that the EFTPOS machine is paired with.
Select the Terminal tab.
Click into the terminal settings.
Click + Add Another Merchant.
Enter the Merchant ID and a Description to identify the MID.
Click Save.
