When first setting up your Tyro Health Pro Key, if you have multiple locations within Tyro Health Online, you are required to select a location for your payments and claims. If you only have one location, it will be selected by default.
You have the ability to move your machine to alternative locations however, there are important steps to note before doing so:
EFTPOS payments
Your Pro Key is restricted to one location per device for EFTPOS transactions.
If you proceed with changing your location on the Pro Key, please note that all standard transactions or gap payments, put through your machine will still be reflected under your original (default) location in your Transaction Reports within the Tyro Merchant Portal.
If you wish to update your existing location for EFTPOS transactions, an authorised individual can do so via phone or form submission through our Tyro Customer Support Team.
Private Health Insurance claims
To change your location for PHI claims on the Pro Key, you must have the additional location/s set up via Tyro Health Online.
You may change locations by clicking on the Location name at the bottom of the main Pro Key screen:
Once you select a different location in the menu, the provider list will update to reflect those who have been onboarded to that location specifically.
