Available Functions
Our Support at Home solution includes several connected modules:
Invoices and claims
Participant contribution payment processing
Entry and departures
Payment summaries and payment item reporting
Supplements (e.g. oxygen, enteral feeding)
Account and budget details
As with all Tyro Health Online functionality, Support at Home claiming will be available to be accessed directly on Tyro Health Online, at tyrohealth.com.
We're working with aged care software providers to make Support at Home functionality available in their software.
If you’re a software developer and wish to integrate our certified Support at Home functions straight into your platform with Tyro Health’s secure API library, connect with our Partnerships team.
Subsidy Payments
Support at Home subsidy payments are managed by Services Australia, not Tyro Health.
Providers must set and validate bank details directly with Services Australia.
If you use Tyro Health Online Payments to process participant contributions, Tyro Health will manage the settlement of those funds.

Support at Home Service Fee
The Support at Home Service Fee is waived until 30 June 2026.
Standard Fees for Tyro Health Online Payments still apply.
From 1 July 2026, the standard Fee for Support at Home will apply to all claims processed after this date.
