The Tyro Health Pro Key can print daily settlement reports and private health claim activity summaries for the current and previous day.
More detailed reporting is available in your linked Tyro Health Online account, or the Tyro Merchant Portal (EFTPOS transactions only).
Step-by-step
From the Home Screen, select the hamburger menu button in the top left-hand corner.
Select Reports.
From the Report Type drop-down, select the report you wish to run:
EFTPOS settlement report. (Some machines may display this as 'EFTPOS payment activity')
PHI claim activity.
EFTPOS settlement report
Select EFTPOS settlement report from the Report type drop-down menu.
Select Generate report.
Select the reporting period:
Pending- the current business day.
Previous- the previous business day.
Select the Printer icon in the top left corner if you wish to print the report.
If you are a part of a Merchant Group, you will have the option to filter all the merchants in the group, or individual MID's.
Private Health Insurance Activity Report
Select PHI claim activity from the Report type drop-down menu.
Select the location (if you have more than one registered).
Select the Date range:
Today- the current business day.
Yesterday - the previous business day.
Select Generate report.
Select the Printer icon in the top left corner if you wish to print the report.
If you have multiple providers at your location, you will have the option to filter all providers at the selected location, or individual providers.
