As new providers join your practice, you can continue to add additional MIDs to your existing merchant group. There is no limit to the number of MIDs you can have in your group and there are additional no fees associated with setting up an additional MID.

Your practice merchant ID (MID)
Your merchant group name
The ABN(s) for the additional MIDs to be created
Full name and contact details for the director of the ABN
Email address(es) for where you would like the application forms sent

Adding a new provider to your existing merchant group is as easy as sending an email to our customer onboarding team: healthonboarding@tyro.com
Please note this must be sent from an authorised email address (existing Group Super User, EFTPOS Administrator, Signatory or Director).
