How business or location names are shown to patients
When sending a payment link or private health insurance claim to patients via SMS, the location name (where the service was provided) should be shown, however, if one doesn't exist, then the business name will be used.
For example, your business name might be 'Jane Doe' or 'Big Health Pty Ltd' but your location name might be 'Big Health'. In this case, patients receiving an SMS would only see 'Big Health'.
Depending on how a business is set-up in Tyro Health Online, what's shown on receipts and invoices may different - please refer to this help article for more information on different business set-up options.
