When processing a private health instance quote or claim, the following responses codes means that your health fund is currently offline and not available for processing:

  • 91: SYSTEM BUSY-TRY AGAIN (temporary)

  • 92: SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE (temporary)

  • 1006: FUND UNAVAILABLE (A) PLEASE TRY LATER

  • 1008: FUND UNAVAILABLE PLEASE TRY LATER

  • 1012: FUND UNAVAILABLE NOW PLEASE CHECK SCHEDULE

While health fund systems typically operate 24/7, they can be down for either scheduled maintenance, a temporary outage or offline due to an unforeseen issue.

Further, several funds reserve the period from midnight to 6:00am for updates and maintenance. A list of fund general availability is published here: https://www.healthpointclaims.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Health-Fund-Operating-Hours_Flyer-v1.4-July-2024.pdf

If you receive this response code, you can still pay for your service or product fully out of pocket via Tyro Health Online, and then submit a claim to your health fund manually (such as via their website or their app).

Alternatively, if you're attempting to pay for an item or service outside of the operational hours of your health fund, you can always return to continue the payment during operational hours.

If you require further assistance, you can contact the Tyro Health Online support team by clicking the chat bubble located on the bottom right of your browser or by emailing support@tyrohealth.com.
