Missing email for staff members?

Some email addresses may have been removed from your staff details. You can find out why here.

You may have noticed some staff email addresses have been removed from staff members in your Tyro Health Online account.

This is because each email address is now linked to an individual Tyro Health Online account, similar to how your email address is attached to your Facebook account.

The contact details of any staff member are not displayed to patients.

If a staff member would like to have access to this Tyro Health Online account, you can follow these steps.

First, select the "Staff" tab on the left hand side.

Select the Staff member you wish to edit details for.

Click the "Details" tab > Click "Add account" under to "Login details".

You can then enter the email address and when you're ready select "Save".

The staff member will receive an email prompting them to log in.
