Tyro Health Online Payments enables providers to digitally process debit and credit payments, without the need for a physical EFTPOS terminal.

Two type of transaction limits apply to Tyro Health Online Payments;

  • Daily limits, which restrict the total value of card payments that can be processed in a single day across your entire business, and

  • Assisted card payment limits (also known as MOTO payments), which restrict the individual amount you can process on a cardholders behalf, for a specific transaction.

When you first join Tyro Health Online, these limits are set low. These limits automatically increase once you verify at least one claiming feature such as Medicare or Private Health Claiming.

You can contact us via the chat bubble on the bottom right of any screen or email us at support@tyrohealth.com if you need additional limit increases. Alternatively, you can log in to your Tyro Health portal and navigate to the Get Paid section to explore claiming features and begin verifying them for automatic limit increases.
