How to set up which email address will receive remittance notifications

After Tyro Health Online sends funds to your nominated bank account, an email summary will be sent with the details of each settlement, including the date of payment, amount paid, and the bank lodgement reference.

Tyro Health Online supports a range of settlement arrangements and depending on how settlements are set up, different user roles will receive the remittance email notification.

How to manage the recipient email address

To a single account

Business Admin(s)

Notifications will be sent to all Business Admins of the Tyro Health Online account.

Please follow this guide on how to add and remove Business Admin(s).

Separate account per location (including if the same account is used at multiple locations)

Location Managers

Notifications will be sent to the Location Manager(s) per location.

Please follow this guide on how to add and remove Location Managers.

If no Location Managers are assigned, the notifications will be sent to the Business Admin(s).

Separate account per provider

Provider

Notifications will be sent to the email listed under the staff details. To update, do the following:

  1. Login to connect.medipass.io

  2. Click "Staff"

  3. Select the relevant staff profile

  4. Click "Details" then click "Edit" beside login details

If no email is set under the staff details of a provider with this settlement arrangement, the notification will be sent to the Business Admin(s) instead.
