If a nib direct claim has been incorrectly submitted and processed, e.g. a claim was raised instead of a quote, you will need to contact nib in order to arrange a reversal.
Note, once a claim is submitted there's no option to cancel from Tyro Health Online.
To find more information about the claim, including reference numbers:
Navigate to the invoices screen (via the sidebar),
Use the funder filer to find nib claims, and
Select the invoice requiring reversal.
