How to resolve an error where the a provider number is not found

When submitting claims using an integrated PMS, you may see an error that says "The provider number selected is not set up in Tyro Health Online - provider number not found".

The "provider number not found" error occurs when the provider number included in the claim submission does not exist in Tyro Health Online - it hasn't been onboarded for any funder or at any location.

How to resolve

  1. Set up the funder claiming option (if not previously completed), and

  2. Add the provider to the funder, including the relevant provider number.
