icare Lifetime Care and Support (LTS) invoicing via Tyro Health Online (THO) follows the same steps as submitting digital invoices for other icare Schemes in THO – as per this step-by-step guide.
However, there are a number of important points specific to LTS invoicing:
The specific ‘create invoice for LTS claims’ option must be used (screenshot below). If you cannot see this option, please contact our support team.
Providers will need to be set up for icare invoicing in THO beforehand in order to be selected in the LTS option.
Once invoices are completed in THO, the PDF must be downloaded from the invoice summary screen and then sent to icare outside THO.
