Simple, fast and secure claiming
Our integration with icare NSW allows you to electronically submit Workers Insurance invoices from any device, at any time, and with no additional fees.
To get started, log into Tyro Health Online or first follow our guide on how to sign up. Once logged in, you'll land on the 'GET PAID' page. From here, scroll down to the tile labelled "icare" and click 'GET STARTED' to begin the onboarding steps.
Onboarding to icare
1. Business verification
Many Tyro Health Online features require you to verify the identity of individuals associated with your business before you can submit claims and payments. Identity verification is typically a short process that can be completed online - find out more about our identity verification process.
2. Confirm your business and location details
These details will be used on invoices to icare. You can add, edit or delete anything that's not right - this information will be pre-populated using what you've already entered into Tyro Health Online.
3. Add provider details
Add details of the providers you want enabled for icare digital invoicing. Allied health service practitioners must enter their AHPRA/SIRA details and General Practitioners may leave the AHPRA/SIRA details section empty.
You can now invoice as a business or location when an individual provider number is not applicable. Location level invoicing needs to be set up before it's available to select when completing a claim - find out more about location level invoicing.
4. Enter your settlement bank details
You will need the bank details you would like icare payments settled into. If you need to specify seperate accounts per location, you can complete this after onboarding - check out our guide on managing your settlement details.
5. Confirm and continue
This will navigate you to a summary page where you can review all the information entered and make any changes - when ready, click 'SUBMIT'. It will then take approximately one business day for the application to be processed and a confirmation email will be sent once the application has been processed.
