Having trouble assigning an email to your new staff member?

When adding a new staff member to your business, you are not required to assign an email to them unless they are looking to log into Tyro Health Online or are a location manager. If you add in a staff member and assign them an email that is already in use you will receive this error -


If they'd like to log into Tyro Health Online you will need to assign an email address that is unique to them and not currently in use by other staff within your business.
