How to sign up and set up your Tyro Health account

What you'll need:

Step-by-step Setup

Step 1: Create a Tyro Health account

  1. Go to the Tyro Health Online sign-up page.

  2. Enter your details to create your personal account

    • This account is for you initially.

    • You can add more staff to your business later once you've completed registration.

Step 2: Provide Your Business Details

To customise your Tyro Health Online experience, you'll be asked to provide information about your business, including:

  • Your ABN

  • Your Professional category

  • Your practice management software

If your business offers services across multiple primary health categories, that's fine - just select one for now.
You can update or add more later as your setup progresses.

Step 3: Onboard for Claiming and Payments

Once your account is created, you can start setting up features:

  1. Select "Get Started" on any of the tiles to begin onboarding for the claiming or payment features you'd like to use.

  2. Follow the guided setup for each feature.
