How to sign up and set up your Tyro Health account

Before you start

A valid ABN is required to sign up to Tyro Health Online - read more about why and where to apply for an ABN.

Step 1: Create a Tyro Health account

Go to the Tyro Health Online sign-up page and enter your details. This account is for you, but you can add more staff to this business once your own login details are set up.

Step 2: Answer questions about your business

To tailor your Tyro Health Online experience for your business, we ask you for more information, including your ABN, professional category, and practice management software.

You might have more than one primary health category at your business - that's okay! Just enter one for now, and we'll collect more detailed information as we go along -anything you enter on this page can be changed later.

Step 3: Onboard for claiming and payments

Now the fun really starts. Select 'Get Started' on any of the tiles to get set up with the claiming or payment features you'd like to use - more information on each can be found in our help centre.

To create accounts for others, check out our step-by-step guide on adding staff members - you can also add providers during funder onboarding.
