Providers can now raise invoices for Lifetime Care and Support (LTS) Scheme claims via Tyro Health Online (THO). With THO’s LTS specific digital invoice template, all the required invoice information can be entered via the same workflow as other icare Scheme invoices in THO before generating and downloading a PDF to send to icare.
Payment for approved invoices
Unlike other icare invoices submitted via THO, payment is not facilitated by Tyro Health Online and instead is settled by icare.

PMS integration
As with all THO functionality, icare LTS invoicing can be accessed directly on THO (at tyrohealth.com) and while THO is integrated with some PMS partners for certain icare schemes, LTS is currently not supported.
