Over 99.7% of Australians with private health insurance are able to use Tyro Health to process their private health insurance claims. As noted below, you can still use Tyro Health Online to complete a patient invoice and take payment in full from patients with non-participating funds.

Submitting claims for other funds

If you need to process a claim for a fund not listed or available for digital claims, you can still use Tyro Health Online to complete a patient invoice. With this option, you can create an invoice that your patient can use to submit a claim to their health fund and process a fully out-of-pocket service payment using Tyro Health Online Payments.
