If you haven't yet set up your free Tyro Health Online account, here's how to get started.Click on the 'Get Paid' tab, then select 'Get Started' on the nib Direct tile.

Verify your business owners
The first step in setting up nib direct claiming is an identity verification check. You can learn more about this process here.
Confirm your business and location details
Here you'll be asked to confirm the business and location details that you’ll be creating nib Direct claims for.
Confirm your provider details
This section is for adding the details of any providers who’ll be performing services that require a claim to be submitted to nib. You can add as many providers as you need by clicking the 'Add another provider' button.
Settlement bank details
Finally, enter the bank account details that nib funds should be settled to. There are a number of options here so if you'd like more details, please click here.
Finalise
Click 'Confirm and Continue' to be taken to a summary page where you can review all your details and make any changes if necessary. When you're ready, click 'Submit'.
In many cases, your application will be approved straight away, but it may take up to two business days for the application to be processed. You’ll receive an email when the provider numbers are approved and you can start submitting claims.
